Two HMO plans with extensive provider networks are available the employees of New Castle Building Products.
An Oxford Health plan is for couple and single parents. Blue Cross Blue Shield is the plan for singles and full families.
Both of these programs include prescription drug coverage.
Addition benefit plans are provided by Assurant, a leader in quality employee benefit programs. They include:
DENTAL INSURANCE
This plan allows for coverage for preventive, basic and major dental services for employees and their dependents.
LONG TERM DISABILITY
This benefit provides you with 60% of your base salary should you become disabled.
LIFE INSURANCE WITH ACCIDENTAL DEATH
One times your annual salary is provided to your named beneficiary.
